1989 Chevrolet Engine Repair #2

以前から整備していた89年シボレーS10のエンジンが内燃機屋さんから戻ってきました。

タイミングチェーン交換、傷のあったシリンダーのボーリング、ピストン、ピストンリング、ベアリング交換、シリンダーヘッド面研、バルブの擦り合わせ等を行ってもらいました。

オイルポンプも交換して車両に積み、現在順調に慣らし運転中です。

冷感始動時の白煙、黒い煤の混ざった水がマフラーから出ていた症状やミスファイヤも改善され圧縮も15%程改善されて調子良さそうです。

オイルの滲みもほとんどなくなりました。

We had been working on our client's 89 Chevy S10 4.3 V6 got misfiring. Sent the motor to our local machine shop to rebuilt the motor, and we were able to assenble the motor back and drop the motor back in the truck. The truck is finally running smooth without misfiring, smokes, and leaking oil.

Container #103

昨日名古屋向けコンテナの積み込みが完了しました。

2023年最後のコンテナです。今年も1年車両、部品のオーダー有難うございました。

次回コンテナは1月下旬頃の積み込みを予定しています。

Shipped out the last container of this year. It's been a tough year since we are facing inflation and the USD and JPY exchange rate impacted our business. We always appreciate your business and hopefully, things will get better in 2024.

お客様が購入された書類付きのパンヘッドのエンジンケースをローリングシャシーに載せました。

フレーム、スプリンガー、ホイール等はV-Twin社製を使用しました。

こちらは最高速を競うランドスピードレースの為に日本から来た車両をまた日本に送り返す為にバラして木枠に入れました。

いずれも東京向けに発送手配致しました。
