Tune Up

先週コンテナに積み込みました77年フォード エコノラインの整備内容です。

エンジンオイル、オイルフィルター、ATF、ATフィルター、ブレーキフルード、ブレーキマスターシリンダー、Rブレーキシュー、ホイールシリンダー、バッテリー、エアクリーナー、プラグ、プラグコード、デスビローター、デスビキャップ、ベルト、前後ショックを交換しました。

ブレーキドラムも研磨して取り付け完了です。

ヒッチメンバーも取り付けました。

元々状態の良い車両ですが35年以上前の車両ですので今後交換が必要になりそうな部品を交換しておきました。

オルタネーター、サーモスタット、ラジエーターホース、スターターリレー等、いずれ必要になりそうな部品は車内に積み込んでおきました。

日本で元気に走り回ってくれると嬉しいです。

Before we shipped this 1977 Ford Econoline out to Japan, we replaced some parts and added a hitch receiver on the van. This van is very good running condition, but more than 35 years old so we also picked up some parts fore future replacement such as an alternator, a pair of radiator hose, thermostat and starter relay in a box. We hope to see the van driving in Japan with our customer's family or their motorcycles near future.
