This 2009 Toyota Tacoma we bought and shipped from California is now registered in Japan. Paid shipping, taxes, duties, inspection fees, smog check, liability insurance, then finally got a Japanese license plate, Japanese title and registration. I wish we could register any vehicles from overseas more easier and cheaper, but that is the only way to be titled and registered in Japan for the vehicles from overseas.
