見た目がシンプルになり、フィッティング組み付けの手間とエア漏れの可能性を軽減できます。　

オプションでエルボコネクタも選択可能です。　

サイズはSSモデル同様5"、6"、7"の3種類です。

ショベルヘッドのベース車両が2台と書類付フレームが1台入荷しました。

順次形にして画像、動画の撮影を行います。　

75年FLH（黒）、74年FX（赤フレーム）、80年FXS(書類付フレーム）です。　

We bought 2 bikes and 1 rolling chassis as our inventory and already started to assemble them from the 1974 FX Shovelhead with red powder coated frame. We will be shooting some photos and videos once we get them back together then post here on this blog.

Street Legal 1976 Yamaha XS650 Hardtail Rigid

日本にて在庫のヤマハ、XS650 リジッド車両の予備検査取得が完了しました。

日本国内どの地域でもリジッド公認（後輪緩衝装置無し）にて登録可能です。　

現在はウインカー、メーター、ホーン、ミラー等の保安部品が付いています。　

愛知県内のショップさんにて預かってもらっておりますので現車確認ご希望の方はご連絡下さい。　

It's a bit complicated to explain the situation about getting a license plate for custom motorcycles especially hardtailed rigid bikes in Japan. Stock frames like 1950's Harleys and Triumphs are no problem to register but modify to hardtail frame is not able to pass the inspection in every 2 years. The only way to register the modified hardtail bikes is importing from overseas then register as "new imported" means same as a brand new bike. In the 1950's, Harleys and Triumphs were in their factory stock frame without rear suspensions since they were brand new. According to Japanese DMV, once we import any vehicles from overseas, even if they are the 40 years old bike, they will be categorized as "new imported". Yes, Yamaha never sold any hardtailed XS650 however our 1976 XS650 passed the inspection and it is fully street legal now.

1980 Shoovelhead FXE Superglide just in our stock. Matching numbers and clean title, S&S super B carb and new battery. The carb needs to be adjusted and turn signals also need to be hooked up.

Almost there

81年ショベルリジットが形になってきました。

残るはシフトレバー周辺とリヤブレーキマスターシリンダーの取り付けです。　

エンジンがかかり次第動画の撮影と試乗を行います。　

Still missing some parts for the mid controls on this Shovelhead hard-tail project. Would be ready to test ride and shoot a video early in the next week.

One of my friend wants to sell his Shelby Cobra Replica. This Cobra has some minor paint cracks and surface rust on exhaust pipes but still runs great. Clean California title in hand and the registration is up to date. Newer BF Goodrich tires and rubber suspension bushings. Has square tubing frame and fiberglass body.

We just sipped out a 40' container to Nagoya, Japan. We have loaded 9 bikes, 1 motorcycle trailer and 8 pallets of parts into the container. This container will be arrived to the port of Nagoya on the first week of July. The next one will be scheduling by the end of July and we are getting ready for the next one as soon as this container depart from the port of Long Beach.

Evo Hardtail Project

在庫車のエボリジットのエンジンオーバーホールとフレーム加工完了しています。　

入庫時は長かったホイールベースを3インチほど短縮しました。　

中身の入っていなかったエンジンはフライホイールの心出しと.005オーバーサイズの腰上で組んでもらいました。

97年のスポーツスター1200も入荷しています。　

リジットやカスタムベースに如何でしょうか。　

We started working on the Evo Hardtail project as well and still haven't finished the Shovel and Triumph project yet so we still have enough time to change any plans for this bike. Another 1997 Sportster is also good candidate for Hardtail project or any other modifications. Still possible to sell these bikes as is if any of our customers would like to work on by themselves.
