1996 Evolution Hardtail Rigid

なかなか進められていませんでしたが96年のエボリューションリジット制作中です。

今回は5速、セルスタート、オープンベルト、ミッドコントロール、39㎜ナローグライド、F21インチ、R16インチの仕様です。

また進捗をお知らせ致します。

It's been sitting for more than six months since we had hardtailed the stock frame for our 1996 Evolution hardtail rigid project. Finally, we started assembling and fabricating mid controls.

2011 Chevrolet Silverado LT

2011年のシボレー シルバラードを在庫車両として購入しました。

5.3リッターV8 AT ２WD エクステンドキャブ 走行距離は25000マイルです。

まずはタイヤがひび割れていましたので4本とも新品のグッドイヤータイヤに交換しました。

試乗中にグッドイヤーの飛行船と記念撮影できました。

We welcomed 2011 Chevrolet Silverado LT as our new inventory truck this week. The truck has only 25,000 miles on it and looks clean inside and out. We replaced cracked tires to a set of new Goodyear tires and ran into Goodyear's blimp while we are test driving.

1985 Nissan 720 ST King Cab

We purchased another Nissan 720 ST trim for our client in Japan. The truck is in great shape for its age and mechanically sound. We are going to make a list of the parts we need for future repairs before we ship the truck out to Japan.

Laser Cutting

ショベルヘッドのイコライザープレートをCADで製図してもらってレーザーカットで切り出してもらいました。

まずは製作中のショベルリジットに使用しました。

ミッドコントロールの製作にも使用可能です。

We had some prototype laser cuttings for Shovelhead's equalizer plate. Still needs some blush ups, we had used one for Frank's Shovel though.

1962 Chevrolet C10 Wiring Harness

62年シボレーC10の配線作業を進めています。

灯火類が殆ど動作していないので該当する配線を探して接続していきます。

ニュートラルセーフティースイッチ、リバースの信号線も無いのでミッションにセーフティースイッチも取り付けます。

ヘッドライトハイロー、ウインカー、ハザード、車幅、テール、ブレーキライトまでは動作するようになりました。

Working on the wiring harness on 62 Chevy C10 pick up to all the lights work. Previous owners gave us some extra labor work by adding and cutting some wiring harness (a.k.a. messing up) with the late-model steering column.

Frank's Shovelhead

フランクのショベルヘッドが実働になりました。

ミッションのオイル漏れとリヤブレーキのマスターシリンダーのフルード漏れを改善していきます。

Test rode Frank's Shovelhead around our shop this afternoon. Still need some repair to fix leaking from the trans and the rear master cylinder. Almost there.
