1976 FLH

76年ショベルヘッドFLHのベース車両が入荷しました。

ミッションケースにクラックが入ってしまったので部品取りにしたそうです。

マッチングナンバー、S&Sのヘッドに交換されています。

クランク回ります。

カスタム、レストアベースにいかがでしょうか。

1976 Shovelhead FLH basket case just in stock. Matching numbers and crank turns over. I was told the transmission case got cracked then previous owner started parting out. Has S&S heads. Good candidate for restoration or custom fabrication.

1993 Evo Hardtail Rigid

93年のエボリジットが走行可能な状態になりました。

純正フレームをハードテール加工してリジットフレームとしてあります。

フロントフォークは39㎜のナローグライドに21インチホイールの組み合わせです。

フレームの幅、長さ共にパンヘッドの純正フレームと同等に設定しましたのですっきりとコンパクトになりました。

オープンベルト、ミッドコントロール付きです。

キャブはケイヒンのCVキャブ、マフラーはワンオフです。

リヤフェンダーはフォード モデルAのスペアタイヤカバーです。

Just finished building this 1993 Harley hardtail conversion project this morning. The bike still has a stock front frame section and clean HD title. Runs great and no oil drops at all.

1975 FLH Hardtail Rigid Project

75年ショベルヘッドFLHのリジットフレームが不格好だったのでやり直してもらいました。

ワイドタイヤ用に設定されていましたがすっきりと標準のサイズにしました。

ホイールベースも長かったのでパンヘッド等のハーレー純正と同じ長さにしてもらいました。

切り取られていたタンクマウントも元に戻してもらいました。

実動にする予定ですが現状での販売も可能ですのでご希望の際はお問い合わせ下さい。

Got rid of the ugly hardtail section on our 75 Shovelhead frame and set up the new hardtail section with standard specification with factory original rigid frame for Panhead. Air Suspension Parts in Stock

エアサス関連の在庫部品が何点か入荷しました。

まずはアキュエアのマニホールド、タンク、コンプレッサーブラケット、配管キットです。

タンクはアルミ製の5ガロン、艶有り黒のパウダーコートです。

ブラケットは380/400コンプレッサー（デュアルまたはシングル）用です。

各種バッグ、スイッチ等も入荷しました。

Exhaust Pipes and Mid Controls

93年のエボリューション リジットのマフラー、ミッドコントロールが形になってきました。

ようやくバイクらしくなってきました。

何とか今月中に実働状態まで進めたいと思います。

残るは配線、配管、ブレーキ、ハンドル周りです。

試乗が楽しみです。

Getting closer to complete our 1993 Evolution hardtail rigid project. The exhaust pipes and mid controls are almost done and only a few things left.

Tune Up

先週コンテナに積み込みました77年フォード エコノラインの整備内容です。

エンジンオイル、オイルフィルター、ATF、ATフィルター、ブレーキフルード、ブレーキマスターシリンダー、Rブレーキシュー、ホイールシリンダー、バッテリー、エアクリーナー、プラグ、プラグコード、デスビローター、デスビキャップ、ベルト、前後ショックを交換しました。

ブレーキドラムも研磨して取り付け完了です。

ヒッチメンバーも取り付けました。

元々状態の良い車両ですが35年以上前の車両ですので今後交換が必要になりそうな部品を交換しておきました。

オルタネーター、サーモスタット、ラジエーターホース、スターターリレー等、いずれ必要になりそうな部品は車内に積み込んでおきました。

日本で元気に走り回ってくれると嬉しいです。

Before we shipped this 1977 Ford Econoline out to Japan, we replaced some parts and added a hitch receiver on the van. This van is very good running condition, but more than 35 years old so we also picked up some parts fore future replacement such as an alternator, a pair of radiator hose, thermostat and starter relay in a box. We hope to see the van driving in Japan with our customer's family or their motorcycles near future.

1973 CB750 Project

先週のコンテナに積み込んだ1973年のCB750のご案内です。

73年のフレームに74年のエンジンの腰下が載っています。

書類付ですので通関証明書が発行されます。

キックが降りてクランク回ります。

カスタムまたはレストアベースにいかがでしょうか。

1973 CB750 basket case is up for sale and we already loaded it in the container we shipped out last week. The flame is titled as 73 Honda and has 74 motor on it. The motor turns over freely. It's a good candidate for ground up restoration or build chopper of cafe racer if you have rest of parts.

Finished up loading vehicles and parts into the container this afternoon. ETD from port of Long Beach is August 17th and ETA to port of Nagoya, Japan is September 2nd.
