Picked up the truck bed and the camper shell from San Diego for our client in Japan the other day. The bed for Nissan Frontier and the camper shell for Nissan Hardbody. Glad we were able to purchase both in the same area.

1976 Toyota Pick Up 22R Engine Swap

長らく放置しておりましたが在庫車両の76年トヨタ ハイラックスの作業を再開しました。

20RにATの組み合わせから22Rと5速マニュアルへ載せ換えました。

マニュアル化に伴いクラッチペダル、マスターシリンダーを取り付けました。

次はマフラーの製作です。

It's been a long time since we stopped working on our 76 Toyota Pick Up 22R engine swap. The 22R motor and the 5-speed manual transmission were already installed about a couple years ago. We resumed adding a clutch pedal and making an exhaust pipe. Hopefully, we can try to fire up the motor in a few weeks.

マフラー等到着待ちの部品が揃えばようやく実働に出来そうです。

It's getting closer to stock 76 Ironhead Sportster we've been working on since last year. Once we receive some more parts we've been waiting for, we are going to fire up for the first time in a while.

1979 Yamaha XT500 Hardtail Rigid Project

在庫車両の79年ヤマハXT500をリジットにカスタム中です。

XT500の後継車両がSR500です。

現在フレームを外注にてリジット加工してもらっています。

フレーム加工が終わりましたら外装、配線等の作業も進めていきます。

Our 79 Yamaha XT500 is being in my friend's shop to get the frame hardtailed. There are no aftermarket hardtail kits on the market so we had to fabricate the frame with a universal hardtail kit. The frame came out nicely and we are ready to work on the tins and wiring to get the bike running.

日本在庫の96年エボリューション リジットの公認予備検査が完了しました。

80年のヤマハ XS650（TX650）リジットもリジット公認にて予備検査が完了しています。

こちらの79年ショベルリジットは現在不動ですがこちらも日本にて在庫しております。

いずれも愛知県のショップさんにて保管してもらっています。

1973 Shovelhead Engine Rebuild

在庫の73年ショベルヘッドのエンジンを組み立て中です。

シリンダー、ピストンはスタンダードサイズの新品に交換しました。

ヘッドもバルブガイド、シールの交換、バルブシートカット、ラッピングを行いました。

油圧リフター、ステーターも新品で組んでいきます。

Started building our 73 Shovelhead motor with some brand new and rebuilt parts. The cylinders and the pistons are brand new standard sizes and the cylinder heads were rebuilt with brand new valve guides and seals. Can't wait to hear the motor runs already.

Forklift Repair

フォークリフトの油圧シリンダーのオイル漏れ修理を行いました。

両サイドのシリンダーの分解、シール交換を行いました。

ばっちり直りましたので今年も頑張ってもらえそうです。

We just wrapped up our forklift repair this week. This old Komatsu FG25 got ready to work hard in 2020.

Car Trailer Update

あけましておめでとうございます、今年もよろしくお願いします。

カートレーラーのウインチと収納ボックスを前方にずらしました。

車高の低い車、全長の長い車も積みやすくなりました。

車両のオーダーお待ちしております。

Moved the winch and the storage box of our car trailer to forward a little to make space for longer and lower cars. Hopefully, we can haul more cars in 2020 than last year with this trailer.
