1996 Evo Hardtail RIgid Project

在庫車両の96年 エボ ソフテイルをリジット化しています。

オープンベルト、セル付で純正5速ミッションを使用する予定です。

Stardted building 96 Evo Hardtail Rigid with a hardtailed stock frame. We plan to feature stock motor and trans with electric start. Here are some photos we built hardtailed Evos in the past.

1961 Ford Stepvan

1961年のフォード ステップバンが入荷しました。　

ボディはボイヤータウン製、エンジンATは94，5年あたりの5リッターV8インジェクション、4速ATに換装されています。　

現在商談中となっております。

Just picked up 1961 Ford Stepvan last Wednesday. The original straight 6 and 3 on tree manual trans were swapped to the mid-'90s fuel injected V8 with a four-speed automatic transmission. Starts right up and runs very strong.

1980 Shovelhead Hardtail Rigid

80年ショベルヘッドの仕様変更が完了しました。

フレームはパウダーコートで半艶ブラック、その他の外装は艶消しのブラックに変更しました。

ガソリンタンクは穴あきが有りましたのでスポーツスタータンクへ変更、フロントにミニドラムブレーキを追加しました。

車検用のメーター、ホーン、ウインカーも装着済みです。

Repainted the frame and tins of the 1980 Shovelhead rigid for our clients in Japan. Added turn signals, speedo, and mini drum front brake set up for a safety inspection to register the bike in Japan.

1973 CB360

お客様よりご依頼頂きました73年ホンダ CB360 のカスタム中です。

タイヤ、シート、前後フェンダーの変更、リヤフレームループ加工等です。

外装はベアメタルにクリアコート、フレームはパウダーコートを施工して組んでいきます。

完成しましたら改めてご案内します。

Working in progress for our customer's 1973 CB360. Fabricated the rear frame hoop and some tubs for the seat and the fenders. Dropped the frame and rims for sandblasting and those are ready for powder coating.

Finger Brake

油圧プレスに取り付け可能なフィンガーブレーキを購入しました。

板状の材料を折り曲げる際に使用します。

キットを組み立てて油圧プレスに取り付けします。

最大で8㎜くらいの厚みまで曲げれるようです。

画像のキットで日本(愛知)到着までで$480です。

Purchased and installed a finger brake kit for our 12t hydraulic press. It is capable of bending 3/8 thick mild steel with 2.5" width die set. The press brake works great and doesn't take up a lot of space in our shop.
