We are hiring office/warehouse assistant can work at our shop in Gardena, CA.

Job responsibilities:

-Order and receive motorcycle/auto parts
-Create export documents, and correspond with shipping companies and clients
-Pick up motorcycles parts and auto parts
-Load motorcycles, cars and auto parts into ocean container

(If you are an experienced mechanic)

-Diagnose and repair non-running motorcycles/cars (Shovelhead and older Harley Davidson, 1960's British and Japanese motorcycles, Classic/Custom cars and trucks)
-Basic repair/replacement of parts for motorcycle

Qualifications:

-Have at least 3 years experience at motorcycle/automotive industry
-ASE or motorcycle mechanic certificate if you have less than 3 years experience
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
-Health and strength for some physical labor
-Ability to communicate in English
-Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, emailing and uploading photos/videos)
-Must have own hand tools (if you are a mechanic)

Hours :

-Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm

1995 Harley Davidson FLSTC Evolution Softail is up for sale in our stock. Matching numbers, clean California title in hand, Performance machine brake calipers on the front and back, twisted spokes and leather saddle bags. Runs excellent.

El Camino 2014

先日出店したイベントの様子です。

あまりゆっくりと見て回れませんでしたが古い車両、珍しい車両も見れました。

↑1936年のモトグッチも初めて見ました。　

　持って行った中古部品も思ったより片付きました。

Update 1971 Camaro

1971年のカマロにエアコン、パワステ、パワーブレーキを取り付けます。

コンプレッサー、コンデンサー、ドライヤー、ACユニットを取り付けて配線、配管を取り回します。　

パワステの部品も揃いましたので並行して取り付けを進めていきます。　

We have been working on this 1971 Camaro to add AC, power steering and power brake booster on it. We have almost dome for AC then just started to install power steering gear box and pit man arm.

1969 Triumph Bonneville Hardtail Rigid

在庫車の69年トライアンフ リジットの作業を進めています。

リヤフェンダー、オイルタンクを取り付けて配線、配管を取り回します。

We've been slowly working on this 1969 Bonneville hardtail rigid. A 1971 front end and the hardtail section added on it. After mounting a rear fender and a oil tank, we will work on the wiring and oil lines.

Motorcycle Frame Jig Kit

バイク用のフレームジグキットの取り扱いを開始しました。

上の画像がキットに含まれる内容となります（下の画像の赤丸で囲った部分です）　

XS650等にそのまま使用可能なエンジンマウント固定用のブラケットが含まれます。　

ハーレーのビッグツイン等に使用する場合はエンジン、ミッションマウント用の固定プレートを製作する必要があります。　

オプションで回転用の台も追加可能です。

We purchased this frame jig kit from Chopsource and put a hardtail frame for Harley big twin model. The jig kit is originally designed for XS650 so we need to set up a motor mount and transmission mount fixture for Harley big twin frame. I will update some photos once we complete those fixtures.
