50年のパンヘッドFLです。

エンジンケースは48年のマッチングナンバーです。

ケース、ヘッドに溶接補修跡が有りますが大方の部品は揃っています。

1950 Panhead FL is up for sale. 1948 matching engine cases and cylinder heads had repaired and inspected. Missing carb, primary drive, exhaust pipes and tins. Please let us know if you are interested in the bike. The bike is located in our friends house.

Work in Progress

75年のショベルリジットの作業を進めています。

外装、マフラー等の設定が終わりましたので配線、配管作業に移ります。

早ければ今週中にエンジンが始動できるかと思います。

Working on 1973 Shovelhead hardtail rigid project. It's gonna be less mods and no expensive vintage parts for less budget and less lead time purpose. Will be running again sometime this week.

フォワードコントロールからミッドコントロールへ

エアクリーナー、マフラー、シート等は年式が違いますが純正品に

ソリッドリフターも油圧に戻しました。

ひび割れの有ったフロントタイヤも新品に交換しました。

なかなか良い雰囲気になったと思います。

We decided to make this 1979 Superglide back to close stock. We are not super picky and budget is always tight so we dig some good used parts from our shop. Some parts are a bit newer than correct time period, but now the bike looks much better than before.

Chopper Fest 2015

今年もベンチュラのチョッパーフェストに行ってきました。

少し風が有りましたが天気も何とか持ちました。

毎年個性的な車両達が揃います。

アート作品やバンド演奏、スワップミートも楽しめます。

今年が12回目との事でしたがまだまだこの先も続けていってほしいイベントです。

Drove down to Ventura to check this motorcycle show out three years in a row. It's been always nice to check crazy custom motorcycles, art exhibition, live music and yes, there's a swap meet, of course.

フォードのトラック、カマロとハーレーをそれぞれ1台ずつ名古屋向けのコンテナに積み込みました。

F250はAC修理、カマロはエンジンミッションスワップ、AC取り付け、内装張り替え等の作業を行った車両です。

Pomana Swap Meet

今年最後のポモナ スワップミートに行ってきました。

目当ての車両が無く残念でしたが相変わらず多種多様な車両を見る事が出来ます。

スワップミートや個人売買、州外でも車両の捜索が可能ですのでご希望の際はご連絡下さい。

ホットロッドやトラックにもインジェクションのエンジンを積んだ車両が増えてきました。

レストア、再生待ちの車両もまだまだあります。

次回開催は年明け1/17です。

1976 XLH frame

76年アイアンスポーツの書類付きフレームが入荷しました。

足回りまたはエンジンケースを取り付けすれば通関証明書の発行が可能です。

僅かですがダウンチューブに曲りが見られますので修正してお使い下さい。

既にエンジンをお持ちの方またはリジット制作のベースにいかがでしょうか。

1976 Ironhead Sportster frame in stock. Clean 76 HD title and matching number with the frame. Good start to build with your motor you already have.

1973 FLH Hardtail Rigid Project

73年ショベルヘッドをリジットフレームにする作業を開始しました。

1200㏄のラチェットトップのFLHがベースです。

今回はフォアコン、プライマリーもそのまま残して製作したいと思います。

フレームは純正を加工します。

仕様変更可能ですのでご希望の方はお問い合わせ下さい。

We just started another Shovelhead hardtail project from last week. We are going to keep some stock parts this time such as the forward controls and chain primary then, try to keep less budget and lead time as much as possible. We can build this bike along with your ideal specs or we can also sell the bike as a rolling chassis with hardtail frame.
