Born Free 7

アーバインレイクで行われたボーンフリーショウに行ってきました。

相変わらず州内、州外、国外からもたくさんの人、バイク、ベンダーで賑わっていました。

これだけのカスタム車両を見るとやはりカスタムしたくなってしまいます。

バイク以外も見どころ満載で楽しめました。

また来年も行きたいと思います。

Drove down to Irvine Lake for Born Free 7 in Orange County, California last Saturday. The seventh annual Born Free vintage chopper and classic cycle Show was awesome as always with hundreds of bikes, vendors, live music and great location as well.

R134 A/C Conversion

74年のフォードF250のエアコンのコンプレッサーをR134のタイプに交換しました。

元々のコンプレッサーはクラッチがロックしてしまっていましたのでサンデン製に交換します。

この年式用のキットが有りませんのでブラケットはフォードのスモールブロックの汎用を加工しました。

併せて交換する配管、ドライヤー、プレッシャースイッチ待ちです。

Started R134 A/C conversion on 1974 Ford F250 for our customer in Japan. The original A/C compressor had frozen clutch then we've decided to convert from R12 to R134. We've just installed the modified compressor bracket and Sanden A/C compressor on the motor and been waiting for hose kit and drier from Classic Auto Air.

ドライブサイドブレーキ用のクロームタイプ、JWLスタンプ入りです。

ワイドタイヤ、ワイドスイングアームと合わせてお使い下さい。

こちらはワーゲン用のワイドスチールホイールです。

15x8J、5穴のPCD205mm、オフセットは+20㎜が2本あります。

少し錆びていますが製作後未使用です。

PMホイールが$1900、ワーゲン用ホイールが$435/pr、愛知までのコンテナ送料込みです。

1971 Camaro Engine and Transmission Swap

71年カマロのTremec社製5速ミッションが到着しました。

エンジンはBluplint社の383、アルミヘッドの420馬力のエンジンにスワップします。

純正の350ですと200馬力くらいでしょうか。

ミッションは4速から5速、600馬力対応のタイプに変更になります。

載せる前に一度仮組みしてから車両に載せていきます。

The last piece we were waiting for our customer's 1971 Camaro is Tremec 5 speed transmission kit from Hurst. Took off the original 350 motor and 4 speed trans from the Camaro and started mock up before drop in the 420 hp Blueplint 383 motor and the trans on the car.

1971 Datsun 521

71年のダットサントラック521が入荷しました。

1600㏄ L16エンジン、4速、少し錆びていますがオリジナルペイントです。　

リヤゲート欠品、シートは張り替えたばかりです。　

ヒーターコアから水漏れ有りましたので現在はメクラをしてあります。　

下回りも表面の錆は有りますが、腐って穴が空いている部分は有りません。　

ホイールキャップ1個、ウインドウランチャンネル欠品です。　

テールレンズ、フロントウインカーレンズひび割れ有ります。　

7月中旬の日本到着予定です。

Container #4

名古屋向けコンテナの積み込みが完了しました。

トラック1台、バイクトレーラー1台、バイク7台と部品が80箱です。

日本到着は7月上旬の予定です。

次回の積み込みは7月下旬を予定しています。

Shipped out this 40' container to Nagoya, Japan this afternoon. Loaded 1971 Datsun, 2008 Kendon motorcycle trailer, 4 Harley Davidsons, 3 Japanese bikes and 80 box of parts. We will be loading next container on the end of July. Feel free to contact us if you have any cars, motorcycles or parts you need to ship out to Japan in the container.

Pomona Swapmeet

ポモナのスワップミートに行ってきました。

天気も良く、たくさんの人、車、部品とガラクタで大賑わいでした。

色々なトラックが欲しくなってしまいます。

いつまで我慢できるでしょうか、、

また次回も足を運びたいと思います。

Drove down to Pomona Swapmeet yesterday. Nice weather, hundreds of cars and parts out there. It was perfect Sunday morning.
