1998 Sportser w/ Buell motor

98年のスポーツスターが入荷しました。

エンジンは2000年のビューエル、ライトニングです。

XL1200の約60馬力のエンジンから約95馬力のエンジンに換装されています。

外装はほぼノーマルの状態を保っています。

チューニングやカスタムベースにしても、このまま乗っても良いと思います。

Long Beach Swapmeet

ロングビーチのスワップミートに行ってきました。

作業中の車両の部品調達と探している車両の捜索です。

希望の条件の車両は見つかりませんでしたが部品と工具は調達できました。

毎月開催されていて非常に便利です。

また来月も行ってきます。

According to their website, the Long Beach Hi-performance Swapmeet started in 1983 with just 7 vendors and 40 shoppers. Now, the swapmeet at Veterans Memorial Stadium has grown to over 600 vendors and thousands of shoppers. I've been there almost every single times ever since I came to United State 8 years ago.

82年のショベルヘッドFLHが入荷しました。

1340㏄　マッチングナンバー　実働車両です。

ミクニキャブ　敷地内にて試乗確認済み

ペイントが一部剥がれてしまっている部分が有ります。

このまま乗ってもカスタムしても良いと思います。

1982 Shovelhead FLH has just arrived from Springfield Illinois. This is a solid bike and the frame, motor and title numbers are matching. It's a good candidate to build what you like or also good to ride it as is.

Evolution Hardtail Rigid Project

93年のエボリューションのリジットが形になってきました。

純正フレームをハードテイル加工してリジットにしてあります。

41㎜のフロントフォークをナローグライドにしてプライマリーはオープンベルトに変更しました。

フロントホイールは21インチ、リヤは16インチ、ファイナルはチェーンドライブに変更しました。

We've been making a little progress almost every day for this for 1993 Harley Davidson FXST. The bike was Softail with outdated custom tins when we bought the bike then we took out everything from the bike and started to building a cool hardtail scoot.

Brothers Truck Show

ボーンフリーショウの翌日はトラックのイベントに行ってきました。

シボレー、GMCのトラック向けの部品を販売しているBrothers社主催のトラックショウです。

こちらもオレンジカウンティ内のキャンプ場で開催されました。

40年代から70年代のトラック、サバーバンが中心です。

同じ車種でもオリジナルからカスタム、2WD、4WD、直6、V8と違いを楽しめます。

現在でも多くの部品が入手可能なのがありがたいですね。

土曜日はバイクショウ、日曜日はトラックショウと贅沢な週末でした。

また来年も足を運びたいと思います。

Swung by Brothers Truck show on the last Sunday at Canyon RV Park in Anaheim, CA. It was a Chevrolet and GMC trucks and Suburbans only show, but different year models, different drive trains, different motors, originals and customs made those trucks in various styles.
