お客様からオーダー頂きました52年のパンヘッドが到着しました。

マッチングケースでケースの溶接補修等も無く、ベースとしては良い状態かと思います。

パンヘッドの数もかなり減ってきましたがまたこれくらいの程度のベース車両を探したいと思います。

Received the 52 Panhead one of our clients requested to purchase last week. Original matching cases and no welding repairs on the cases.

1950 Ford Stepvan Project

在庫車両の50年フォード ステップバンの作業を開始しました。

抜けていたマスターシリンダーの交換が完了しました。

不要な配線を撤去して灯火類の配線をやり直します。

ストリートを走れる日が楽しみです。

Started working on the 1950 Ford Stepvan we picked up the other day. Replaced the brake master cylinder and got lid of the old wiring we are not going to use anymore. Can't wait to see the van hitting on the street!

ホリデーカードが印刷から上がってきました。 メッセージを一言添えて日本のお客様へと発送致します。 過去に部品、車両をお買い上げ頂いた方で住所変更された方、受け取った事が無い方、年賀状の1枚くらいよこせという方がいらっしゃいましたらメール、コメント、メッセンジャー等からお知らせ下さい。

This year's holiday cards are printed from a local shop. I will write a short message on each card then mail them to our clients in Japan.

直6 コラム3速 Fディスクブレーキ 実働車両です。　

日本到着通関渡しで160万円くらいの予定です。

Picked up this 1950 Ford Stepvan last Thursday from Oakdale, CA. The van needs a little TLC to hit the street again. We will start work on the van from next week and update more photos and video, so stay tuned!

1985 Isuzu Pup Cylinder Head Gasket Replacement

在庫車両の85年Isuzu Pupのヘッドガスケットからクーラントが少し滲んでいたので交換しました。

補器類を取り外し、ヘッドを外します。

ついでに汚れやカーボン等も清掃して戻していきます。

圧縮もついでに測定しましたが問題ありませんでした。

始動確認も問題ありませんでしたので元に戻していきます。

Found a little water leak from the cylinder head gasket of our 85 Isuzu Pup the other day. Replaced the gasket and put back everything on the motor.

1969 Chevrolet C30 Wrecker

お客様からオーダー頂きました車両の現車確認と購入に行ってきました。

オレゴン州はポートランド近郊へ、車両は69年シボレーC30のレッカー車です。

長年倉庫に保管されていたようで程度の良い車両でしたので購入して来ました。

週明けに陸送を手配します。

I woke up in 4:30 AM yesterday and flew to SFO from LAX, then had a connecting flight to PDX to come check this 1969 Chevrolet C30 wrecker in near Portland, Oregon for one of our clients. The truck has been babied and stored inside for a couple of decades. I only needed 10 minutes to decide to purchase the truck and stayed there only 30 minutes to return to Los Angeles.

1978 Yamaha XS650 Hardtail Rigid

在庫車両の78年 ヤマハ XS650 リジット が走行可能な状態になりました。

純正フレームにTC Bros社製のハードテールキットを使用してリジットフレーム化しました。

フロントブレーキ、ホイールはDT400から流用し21インチ化しました。

イグニッションはフルトラへ、オルタネーターも高出力のタイプにアップデートしました。

マフラーはPandemonium社製、タイヤは前後ともファイアストン製の新品です。

Just finished the 1978 Yamaha hardtail rigid project. Lots of new parts threw into this little chopper and spent more than harf years to complete.
