97年スポーツスター883の書類付フレームとビューエルのエンジンケースです。

エンジンケースはダメージが有りますので既にエンジンをお持ちの方、カスタム車両製作用にいかがでしょうか。

ハードテイルキットも日本に在庫が有りますのでリジット制作用にも良いかと思います。

書類付フレームが185,000円、ハードテイルキットが42,500円（いずれも税込）です。

73年のCB750の書類付フレームとエンジンも日本に在庫が有ります（125,000円）ので現物確認ご希望の方はお知らせ下さい。

We have these titled frames for sale in Japan. 1997 Sportster XL883 and 1973 Honda CB750 both have the titles from the United States and official paperwork to register the bikes in Japan. If you already have a motor or plan to build a bike with aftermarket motor, these are the frames you can start with.

1977 Shovelhead Rigid Work in Progress

在庫車両の77年ショベルリジットの作業を進めています。

調子は良かったのですがツインプラグにされていたり見た目がイマイチだったのでエンジンをストックに戻して外装も少し変更します。

1340㏄のフライホイールが入っていたので元の1200㏄のフライホイールに戻します。

腰上は新品の1200㏄のピストン、シリンダーとリビルト済の1200㏄のヘッドを組んでいきます。

外装はタンク、シート、リヤフェンダー、ハンドルを交換します。

ハイカム、ソリッドリフターも純正に近い数値のカムと油圧リフターに戻します。

We have been working on three different motors (Shovelhead, Ironhead, and XS650) since last December. This 77 Shovelhead was running fine but modified to 1340cc with dual-plug heads from the original 1200cc. We put the original 1200cc flywheels back in the cases with 1200cc pistons, cylinders, and heads. Also waiting for a stock profile cam to get the motor running again.

いすゞ、三菱、シボレーのミニトラックもオーダーお待ちしております。

アメリカ国内でもミニトラックの新車販売はレンジャーを最後に無くなってしまったので状態の良い車両は大事にしたいですね。

Picked up the 1989 Mazda B2200 for our customer the day before yesterday. We have now four different manufacture's minitrucks in our shop and would be happy to find other manufacturer's trucks as well.

Yakima Bedrock and Fatcat4 Snow Gear Mounts

ヤキマ社製スキー/スノーボード キャリアとベッドロックシステムのご案内です。

フォード レンジャーに取り付けしてみました。

荷台の縁にベースクランプを挟み込んで取り付けします。

なぜか栓抜きも付いています。。

オーバーレールのベッドライナー装着車両以外は加工無しで取り付け可能です。

ベッドロックシステムにラウンドバーを取り付けてキャリアを取り付けます。

ベッドロック、キャリア共に鍵付きです。

荷台も有効に使えて取り付け取り外しも一人で容易に行えます。

自転車用のキャリアやカーゴボックスも取り付けできます。

シェルやトノカバーも便利ですがこのような積み方もスタイリッシュでいいですね。

We have installed and tested Yakima BedRock system and FatCat mounts last weekend. They both worked great and look awesome on my 2007 Ford Ranger.

1974 XLCH Top End Rebuild

在庫車両の74年アイアンヘッドの腰上をオーバーホールしていきます。

白煙が出ていたのと既にシリンダーが.060オーバーでしたのでシリンダー、ピストン、リングはスタンダードサイズの新品を使用します。

腰上のオーバーホールが完了しましたらリジットにするかサス付きのままカスタムしますので仕様変更等ご希望がございましたらお問い合わせ下さい。

We are currently working on one of our stock bikes, 1974 Sportster XLCH we bought about a half year ago. The bike runs but smokes and as you can see, it's ugly so, we are going to rebuild the top end first. We haven't decided if we chop the frame and build a rigid frame bike but we gotta do something.

1976 Toyota Pickup 22R Engine Swap

在庫車両の76年ハイラックスの作業状況です。

エンジンを20Rからリビルト済みの22Rへ、3速ATを5速マニュアルへスワップします。

ミッションのメンバーを製作し、エンジン、ミッションを載せました。

まだ部品が揃っていませんがエアコンも装着予定です。

It's been very little by little, but we dropped a rebuilt 22R and 5-speed trans into our 76 Toyota Pickup. We are also planning to add AC and hopefully get the truck running sooner.

1980 FXE Shovelhead Hardtail Rigid

80年のショベルリジットが形になりましたのでご案内致します。

純正フレーム加工のリジットフレームですのでマッチングナンバーです。

Eキャブ　ミッドコントロール　ジョッキーシフト　リヤタイヤひび割れ有り 。

ハンドル、Rフェンダー、シシーバー、ミッドコントロールの一部は未塗装です。

このまま乗られてもさらにカスタムされても良いかと思います。

The ugly stock Shovelhead transformed into a cool bobber. The original frame was cut at the bottom of the seat and the hardtail section was professionally welded to the frame, so the bike still has the original matching frame and motor number. It's easy to start and runs smooth.
