1961 Ford P350 Stepvan Tune Up

61年フォード ステップバンのブレーキ周りの整備を開始しました。

リヤはブレーキシューとホイールシリンダーの交換です。

フロント側はまだ大丈夫そうです。

漏れのあったブレーキラインとマスターシリンダーを交換します。

Replaced rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders on 1961 Ford Stepvan. Found fluid leaking from a junction block and need to find a new one ASAP.

1976 Sportster XLCH

76年 アイアン スポーツスターをなるべくストックに近い状態に戻します。

まずはエイプハンガーとフォワードコントロールを純正ハンドル、ミッドコントロールに戻します。

まだまだ不足部品が有りますので少しずつ揃えていきます。

Started working on our 76 Ironhead Sportster to convert back to stock. Replaced the apehanger and the forward controls to stock handlebars and mid controls. Still missing some stock parts, but the bike already looks better than before.

Monroe Swapmeet

ワシントン州モンローで開催されたMonroe Swapmeetに行って来ました。

Flew to Seattle, Washington to check some cars at Monroe Swapmeet this weekend. Couldn't buy anything big stuff, but enjoyed nice weather and talking with local people there.

1973 CB360 Project

CB360のフレーム等がパウダーコートから上がってきましたので組み上げていきます。

ホイールのスポークはステンレス、フォークのロワーケースはポリッシュしました。

配線、配管等も併せて進めて行きます。

We are waiting for only a few minor parts to complete this 1973 Honda CB360 project. Since the frame and the rims are powder coated nicely, the bike looks so much nicer than we started working on it.

Just picked up 2000 Twincam rigid chopper from Whittier, CA. It's a cool old school chopper with a modern power plant which we love that combination.

1973 Shovelhead Motor Inspection

在庫の73年ショベルヘッド（エンジンのみ）の腰上、ギヤ回りを組む準備をしています。

バルブシートが一つ緩くなっていましたので交換します。

こちらのエンジンはエンジンのみでの販売予定ですのでショベルヘッドのエンジンをお探しの方はお問い合わせ下さい。

Started building the top end of 73 Shovelhead we have done the bottom end before. One of the valve seats was loose and need to be replaced. We are trying to fire up the motor on a motor bench once we complete building.

Shovelhead Hardtail Rigid Project

元スタッフからショベルヘッドをリジットにして欲しいと依頼を頂きました。

フレーム加工、オイルタンク、フェンダー等の設定が完了しました。

エンジンを載せる前に使えなくなっているエキゾーストのスタッドボルトのネジ山を補修します。

形になってきましたら改めてお知らせします。

Stasrted another Shovelhead rigid project for a buddy who used to work at our office. Needs some tune-ups and restoration work at the same time. Hope to see this stroker Shovelhead firing up with only kick start!
