1995 Evo Hardtail Rigid

95年のエボリジットが入荷しました。

ソフテイルの純正フレームを加工してリジットになっています。

Purchased this 1995 Evolution hardtail rigid project from a local guy. The factory softail frame converted to hardtail with the cast iron axle plates. The bike runs and should be ready to hit the road pretty soon.

Removable Trailer Fender

先日のスクールバス引き上げに先立ってカートレーラーのフェンダーを取り外し可能にしました。

溶接で取り付けされていましたので切り離して固定用のブラケットを前後に溶接しました。

ブラケットに穴あけして車体側にボルトを溶接して完成です。

積み下ろし時にフェンダーを取り外してバスの車体とフェンダーが干渉しないようになりました。

Fabricated our car trailer fender into removable to avoid hitting the passenger cabin of the school bus we picked up the other day. The fender works perfect when loading and unloading the bus.

お客様よりご依頼頂きました98年シボレーのスクールバスの購入、引き上げが完了しました。

5.7リッターVortecガソリンV8、実走行60000キロの車両です。

Picked up 98 Chevrolet G3500 School Bus from Clovis, California for our client last night. The bus only has 37,000 actual miles on it and the exterior is pretty straight. The inside got a full flat floor without wheel tabs which has a lot of potentials to convert to a food truck or a camper rig.

Lakeside Car & Bike Swap

久々にスワップミートに行ってきました。

サンディエゴ近郊のLakesideでのスワップミートでした。

会場までの距離も規模も丁度良く、良い気分転換になりました。

Swung by the swap meet in Lakeside, CA this morning.

Parts Display

ようやく部品を事務所内に陳列しました。

長期在庫等使わない部品はeBay、インスタグラム等に出品していきます。

少し片付きました。

Finally had time to display our stock parts in our office. We will organize them and list some items that we won't use on eBay and our Instagram account, @sbusedparts and @sbstreetmachineparts later this week.

Custom Barn Doors

オフィスの扉をスライド式のバーンドアに改装しました。

元のドアは開き戸で犠牲になるスペースもあったのでポプラの木とガラスで製作しました。

材料はホームセンターで購入しました。

フレームの接合はポケットホールにしてみました。

ステインで着色、シェラックで保護と艶出しをしました。

まだ改善点はありますが開けたままでもスペースが犠牲にならず開放的になりました。

また何か機会があれば木工製作してみたいと思います。

Wrapped up custom built barn doors for our office. Featured poplar wood lambers and 1/8" thick tempered glass. The doors look great after we added multiple layers of stain and shellac on them and save some space even they are fully opened.

Picked up 1980 Honda CB750F chopper from Long Beach last weekend. Glad our truck is a long bed that we still had the tailgate open to transport the chopper though.
