1975 Harley Davidson Shovelhead FXE1200

在庫車両の75年ショベルヘッド FXE1200を購入してきました。

マッチングナンバーの実働車輌です。

フォワードコントロール、3.5ガロン分割タンク、FLH用リヤフェンダー等に変更されていますがフロントは35mmのナローグライドが残っています。

前々オーナー時にディーラーでエンジンをオーバーホールしたようで調子は良さそうです。

Picked uo this 1975 Shovelhead FXE from Fresno, California last Saturday. The motor was rebuilt by a dealership before previous owner purchased this bike from his friend. The bike is very easy to start even with the kick start and runs supre nice.

Chevy Van Check Up & Repair

先月購入した在庫車両の69年シェビーバンの点検と少し整備を行いました。

タイロッドが曲がっていたのでタイロッドエンドと共に交換しました。

タイヤも減っていたので4本とも新品に交換。

アライメントを取ってもらって

ひび割れていたりしたレンズ類はフロント以外新品が手に入ったのでこちらも交換しました。

まっすぐ走るようになりました。


We had been working a bit on the 69 Chevy Van we picked up last month. Replaced all the tires, tie rod, tie rod ends, and light lenses we could purchase new ones except the front park lenses. Anyone knows if we can still purchase reproduction lenses for the park lenses? Ohter lenses we could find are the same as the truck or Suburban, but the park lenses were not the same as those.

1969 Chevrolet G10 Sportvan 90

カリフォルニア州北部のReddingという街で在庫車両の69年シェビーバンを購入してきました。

ホイールベース90インチのショートボディ、Sportvan Deluxe というパッセンジャーグレードです。

エンジンは80年代の350V8、オートマは700R4です。

ロサンゼルスまで900km程自走して帰ってきました。

ある程度補修、整備等を行う予定ですが現状で購入ご希望の方はお問い合わせください。

Flew up to Redding, CA to purchase this 1969 Chevy G10 Sportvan 90 and drove 550 miles to LA last weekend. I didn't know the outside temp over there and most of the places I went through got over 100F. It was a tough trip for me and the van, but we made it back to our shop safely.

1970 Yamaha XS-1 (XS650) Springer Rigid

お客様より製作依頼を頂いておりました1970年のヤマハ XS-1のリジットが形になりましたのでご案内致します。

純正フレームにウェルドオンハードテールを取り付けてリジットフレームにしました。

フロントフォークはハーレータイプの4インチロングです。

タンク、フェンダー等は日本でペイントするのでサフェーサーを吹いてあります。

まだ作業が完了していない部分や細かい仕様変更等を進めていきます。

This 1970 Yamaha XS-1 (XS650) springer rigit is a ground up build from scratch for our client in Japan. Still have minor fabrication left, almost there.

Container #100

昨日名古屋向けコンテナの積み込みが完了しました。

お陰様で今回が2010年の操業開始から数えて100本目のコンテナになりました。

1991 Evolution Rardtail Rigid

在庫車両の91年エボリジにフロントブレーキとスピードメーターを取り付けました。

35mmナローグライドの4インチロングのフォークです。

タイヤ・ホイールは21インチです。

あとはミラー、ウインカー、ホーン等の取り付けで日本でリジット公認で車検取得が可能です。
